Verizon has declared a surplus for the 3rd qtr 2016. The company has elected to offer the Special-EIPP for year 2016. Election window will be open Sept 7, 2016 through September 21, 2016, the election is irrevocable after the 15 day window closes. Brother Bob Archeambault has notified the Union he will be conducting a rating class to assist SST’s in obtaining there rating. Class will begin in Sept and held on Sunday 9am-11am. Those members who are interested are asked to call Brother Bob Archeambault @ (617)-913-1455

The following fund has been set up to help Bobby Harnett’s family. Bobby was a beloved member of the local, and his loss is a huge blow to our local, we ask every member especially this week as we have our signing bonus to dig deep and donate to help our deceased Brother’s family in there time of need. Milford – Mr. Robert O. Harnett, Jr., of Milford, formerly of Waltham died Friday, June 24, 2016 at Milford Regional Medical Center. He was 50.

Rob leaves his wife, Karen M. (Dempsey) Harnett; his children, Michael J. and Abigail E. Harnett, both of Milford; his sisters, Kimberlee A. Harnett of Boston and Gian McMahon and her husband, Gregory, of Framingham; his father and mother-in-law, John and Joan Dempsey of Waltham; his sister-in-law, Kathryn Dempsey of Waltham; his niece and nephews, Amanda and Aidan Wenckus and David Prouty; his uncle and his aunt, David Webster and Dorothy Wenning and his cousins, Peter and Andrew Webster and Scott, Karen and Chris Wenning.

Family and friends will honor and remember Rob’s life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), WALTHAM on Thursday, June 30th from 4 to 8 pm. and again at 9 am on Friday morning before leaving in procession to Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 880 Trapelo Road, Waltham where his Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am. Burial will be private.
