2019 IBEW Local 2323 Scholarship

Local 2323, I.B.E.W. Telephone Division in Rhode Island is pleased to announce the annual renewal for 2019 of its scholarship in the amount of $1000.00 per year for the sons and daughters of active dues paying members.

This years ride is a 70 Mile escorted motorcycle run through the back roads of RI and CT.

The ride starts and ends at 22 Amflex Drive in Cranston.

We are donating 100% of the net proceeds to 3 501(c)3 Charities: Providence Canteen. Shriners Hospital for Children, RICARES.

In the past years this event has been able to donate more than $85,000 to the most vulnerable people in our communities.

Effective Immediately ** The UFCW has gone on strike against Stop & Shop. IBEW Local 2323 is asking that all members support our UFCW Brothers and Sisters and stand with them in solidarity. We ask that you cease shopping at Stop & Shop immediately until they respect our Brothers and Sisters with a contract. If any member wishes to picket they may do so or contact the union office for any way you can help.

2019 Imagine Walk for Autism

 

The Autism Project will host our 17th annual Imagine Walk and Family Fun Day for Autism on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Goddard Memorial State Park Warwick, RI

The Imagine Walk is followed by a Family Fun Day event that features an assortment of free activities designed for children and teens with autism and their families including: a reptile show, obstacle course, bounce house, face painting, arts and crafts, and more…!

Follow signs to The Autism Project Imagine Walk and Family Fun Day for parking and check in. We’ll be there rain or shine, and we hope you will too!
