The Autism Project will host our 17th annual Imagine Walk and Family Fun Day for Autism on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Goddard Memorial State Park Warwick, RI

The Imagine Walk is followed by a Family Fun Day event that features an assortment of free activities designed for children and teens with autism and their families including: a reptile show, obstacle course, bounce house, face painting, arts and crafts, and more…!

Follow signs to The Autism Project Imagine Walk and Family Fun Day for parking and check in. We’ll be there rain or shine, and we hope you will too!

The CPS Award for plan year 2018 is $799.00.  Associates should have received an email on March 1 advising them of the award amount and that it will be paid in their March 8, 2019 paychecks.  The award will be pro-rated for part-time employees and those employees who participated for more than 3 months but less than 12 months in the plan year. 

Verizon will be paying out the 2019 RSUs with your March 22nd paycheck. The value of the first half of the RSUs vesting in 2019 will be based on the closing price of Verizon stock on January 31st. Eligible employees will receive an email after the market closes on February 1st.

The Union will be holding a town hall style informational meeting on Wednesday, January 16th from 10am-2pm in the 7th floor conference room (behind Avenue C) .

IBEW Local 2323’s Riding Club and Teamsters 251 volunteered with NEARI this morning at D’Abate School in Providence. The LU 2323 RC, along with Providence Police escorted the NEARI Children’s Fund Gingerbread Express to bring a truckload of gifts personalized for each child. The Gingerbread Express tradition has gone on for the past 28 years and this program has embraced thousands of needy children.

It is with a heavy heart IBEW Local 2323 was informed of the passing of retired member, & former IBEW Local 2323 President Matt Gannon.  Our thoughts and prayers are with Brother Gannon’s family and friends during this most difficult time.
