Work tour hours: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday.

Requirements:
Candidate has to be BMQT qualified. Experience in ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical work and heating plant operations and maintenance.

This position will be filled according to Article P13 of the IBEW Labor Agreement.

-Massachusetts Refrigeration License.
-Massachusetts Oil Burner Technician Certificate.
