WAGE INCREASES

 

            EFFECTIVE AUGUST 3, 2008                 3.25%

COST OF LIVING

 

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2010 AN ADJUSTMENT WILL BE MADE IN BASIC WEEKLY RATES IN EACH WAGE SCHEDULE IN THE AMOUNT OF: (I) ONE HALF OF THE INCREASE ABOVE THREE AND THREE-QUARTERS PERCENT (3.75%) IN THE “CPI-W”

FOR MAY 2010 OVER MAY 2009, APPLIED TO THE SCHEDULED RATES IN EFFECT IN EACH WAGE SCHEDULE ON JULY 31, 2010 ROUNDED TO THE NEAREST 50 CENTS.

 

CORPORATE PROFIT SHARING
 

THE CPS WILL PROVIDE AWARDS FOR RESULTS IN CALENDAR YEARS 2008, 2009 AND 2010 WITH AWARDS PAYABLE IN 2009, 2010 AND 2011. 

THE MINIMUM DISTRIBUTION FOR PERFORMANCE YEARS 2008, 2009 AND 2010 WILL BE $700.00, SUBJECT TO PRORATING*
