Ed,

The Company will begin using data from the GPS/Telematics device on the vehicles to report incidents of speeding greater than ten miles an hour over the posted speed limits. Much like the Idling report, this information will be shared with the supervisor daily. The Company hopes that the feedback to the technician regarding the speeding will result in safer driving habits. It is expected this feature will be utilized on or around November 5, 2018.

Future reports may include incidents of hard breaking and fast acceleration, both these poor driving habits can be an indicator of distracted driving.  The Company is also reviewing forms of feedback which may include direct feedback to the technician on the tablet regarding an employees own driving habits.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Joe
